Spanish Mortgage Loans Amount to €2.7 Billion

There were 24,887 mortgages registered in Spain in February, representing an increase of 15.9%, according to the latest mortgage statistics report. The total loan capital amounted to €2.7 billion, 14.4% more than the same time last year, however the average loan capital decreased by 1.4% to €108,466.
